MUFFLER FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE AND INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A silencer for an internal combustion engine and an internal combustion engine having the same are provided to remove an additional silencer like a fixed noise reflection plate by reflecting the engine noise in a fan blade and making the noise-reduced exhaust gas of the engine faced to the forward of the fan. CONSTITUTION: An internal combustion engine comprises an exhaust gas passing unit(6), an engine noise reflection and ventilation fan, and a silencer(10). The exhaust gas emitted from an exhaust valve of an engine passes through the exhaust gas passing unit. The engine noise reflection and ventilation fan is connected between the exhaust gas pass units to exhaust the silenced exhaust gas to an external exhaust pipe after silencing the inflow exhaust gas. Plural radial blades are formed in the engine noise reflection and ventilation fan. The blade has a flat plane which is perpendicular to the flow direction of the exhaust gas and is successively contacted. The silencer comprises a cover covering the engine noise reflection and ventilation fan.
