LIQUID ATOMIZATION EVAPORATOR USING ULTRASONIC TRANSDUCERS PART

PURPOSE: A liquid atomization evaporator using ultrasonic vibration is provided to reduce wastewater processing costs due to facility driving with simple structure, and to increase purification processing yield of an evaporation tank. CONSTITUTION: A liquid atomization evaporator using ultrasonic vibration includes an evaporation tank(100), a ultrasonic oscillator(400), tailwind chambers(101), a drain line(120), and a tailwind duct(102). The evaporation tank includes a supply pump(112), a water supply valve(111), and a waste supply line(110). The ultrasonic oscillator is controlled by an oscillator(500), and is installed at the bottom center part of the evaporation tank. The drain line discharges the wastewater which is not processed. The tailwind duck comprises a blower(103).
