Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A pour point depressant for biodiesels is provided to improve a low temperature fluidity of fuel oil containing biodiesel and a plugging point of a cold filter, and to disperse wax extracted at a low temperature in diesel oil. CONSTITUTION: A terpolymer is obtained from a mixture containing a compound represented by chemical formula 1: CH2=CR^1-COOR^2, a compound represented by chemical formula 2: CH2=CR^1-COOR^2, and a maleic anhydride represented by chemical formula 3 as a comonomer. In chemical formula 1, R^1 is hydrogen atom or methyl group; and R^2 is C1-C30 alkyl group. In chemical formula 2, R^1 hydrogen atom or methyl group, and R^2 is C6-C30 alkyl group.
