Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A culture medium containing silk fibroin hydrolysate is provided to ensure antibacterial and anti-oxidative activities and tyrosinase activity. CONSTITUTION: A lactobacillus culture medium contains glucose which is a carbon source and silk fibroin hydrolysate, and silk fibroin hydrolysate which is nitrogen. A medium contains 0.1-3 weight% of silk fibroin hydrolysate. A method for obtaining a functional compound comprises: a step of culturing lactobacillus in the medium; and a step of collecting lactobacillus culture residual liquid containing secondary metabolite.
