Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition containing frame retardant and impact modifier is provided to improve flame retardance and impact strength of the thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION: A flame retardant and an impact modifier are denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for producing the flame retardant and an impact modifier comprises: a step of reacting 2,4-ditertierybutylphenol with phosphorus oxychloride to prepare 2,4-ditertiarybutylphenyl dichlorophosphate; and a step of reacting phenol to the 2,4-ditertiarybutylphenyl dichlorophosphate. A thermoplastic resin composition contains 100 weight parts of thermoplastic resin and 0.1-30 weight parts of flame retardant and an impact modifier. The thermoplastic resin comprises 70-99 weight% of rubber-modified polystyrene system and 1-30 weight% of polyphenyleneether resin.
