Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An apparatus and method of estimating channel using adaptive channel estimation window in wireless communication based on CAZAC sequence are provided to adjust the size of the channel estimation window. CONSTITUTION: The wireless environment determining unit(17) decides existence and nonexistence of the user signal in the input signal. The channel estimation window setup unit(18) decides the location and size of the channel estimation window based on the reception timing of the selected peak. The signal muting unit(19) eliminates signal and white noise of the other user based on the channel estimation window.
