Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An apparatus for synthesizing electrical discharge carbon nano tube having anode carbon rod heating chamber by constantly maintaining gap between carbon rod and carbon plat of the cathode. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for synthesizing carbon nano tube using arc discharging method comprises: a cathode part(200) for supplying negative current by moving non-consumable carbon plate(210') into a chamber; cathode(300) which move the carbon rod and supplies positive electric current; a carbon rod continuous supply unit(400) which has built-in plural carbon rods; and a cooling unit(500) for coagulating carbon nano tube on a chamber inner circumference and cooling the chamber.
