Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A fluid mixing method and a fluid mixing device thereof are provided to mix the fluid of the little amount by only using a film having a though hole and to effectively mix he fluid of micro or nanoscale. CONSTITUTION: A fluid mixing method comprises the steps for flowing the fluid into a first zone of a chamber through a fluid inflow(S10), forming a bubble by passing the inflow fluid though a through hole of a turbulence generation film passage(S20), mixing the fluid of a second zone by generating the turbulence in the fluid of a second zone(S30), discharging the mixed fluid through a first fluid discharge passage connected to the second zone; and injecting water into the first zone to control the viscosity of the fluid.
