PROGRESSIVE MOLD ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: A progressive mold assembly is provided to minimize deformation of products by keeping the moving stripper horizontal so as to press a work piece evenly. CONSTITUTION: A progressive mold assembly comprises a lower holder(40), an upper holder(60), a moving stripper(70), a support rod(50), and a support elastic member(53). The lower holder includes a lower retainer(44) in which a die loading a working piece is installed. The upper holder includes an upper retainer(64) in which a punch for shaping the work piece is installed, and ascends and descends relative to the lower holder. The moving stripper is elastically supported in the direction getting far from in the upper retainer by a pressing pin(90), and holds the work piece on the die. The support rod is installed to ascend and descend on the lower retainer, and supports the bottom of the moving stripper. The support elastic member pushes the support rod to project above the lower retainer.
