MEMORY APPARATUS AND SHARING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A memory device for processing information of high capacity by sharing memory space between adjacent memory devices is provided to eliminate a temporary memory shortage of a computer system by sharing memory space through communication with the adjacent memory. CONSTITUTION: A memory device(10) includes a data storage unit(101) and a communications control unit(103). A CPU(Central Processing Unit) operates the communication control unit according to a request for additional memory use. The communications control unit makes contact with an adjacency memory device. The communications control unit receives the memory space of a necessary capacity from one or more adjacent memory device. The communications control unit uses the memory space which is allocated to the CPU.
