Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A ballast water level device for the inclined test of a ship is provided to improve the accuracy of the measurement result and to minimize the measuring time. CONSTITUTION: A quick shoe(21) of a ball head unit(20) is connected to a joint(11) of a laser distance measurer(10). A ball head(22) is connected to the quick shoe. A magnet bracket(31) of a holder unit(30) clinches the ball head unit on one side. A protrusion(32) is formed on the lower part of the holder unit. A support frame(42) of a supporting frame part(40) is combined with the deck of the manhole upper body. A roller part(50) comprises a fixing plate(51), a settling frame(52), a roller(54) and a connection line. The roller is controlled with a lever(53) of one side. A magnet sinker(56) is arranged on an end of the connection line.
