Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A conductive pattern forming device is provided to improve transfer efficiency by removing a solvent component on a conductive pattern precursor through the solvent removal medium. CONSTITUTION: In a device, a dielectric thin film(10) is formed on the surface of the photoconductor(11). An electrostatic latent image pattern is formed on a photoconductor. A develop apparatus(5) develops electrostatic latent image pattern through a conductive particle dispersed solution. The solvent removal medium(12) eliminates a liquid film on photoconductor from the developed conductive pattern precursor. A transfer liquid coating unit(13) again forms a transfer liquid film on the conductive pattern precursor. The transfer unit(15) transfers the conductive pattern precursor on a target substrate(16).
