Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display and method of driving the same are provided to reduce the capacity of the memory of storing the pixel data. CONSTITUTION: The control signal generator(114) is created a plurality of control signals by using a plurality of synchronizing signals and main clock signal. The internal clock generator(118) is created 'the internal clock signal in the timing control part(104) by using a plurality of synchronizing signals and main clock signal. The read block(120) is created 'the control signal necessary in order to output pixel data saved in line memorys(110,112). The write block is created 'the control signal necessary in order to store pixel data in the part line memory.
