Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A washing pad for the glass substrates is provided, which keeps flow of the cleaning water smooth and alleviates impact about the glass substrates through the elastic member. CONSTITUTION: A washing pad for the glass substrates comprises an elastic member(20) of the elastic material and a cleaning unit(30). The cleaning unit is attached to the surface of the elastic member. The cleaning unit has a plurality of washing protrusions(34) of the constant pattern. The washing protrusion has a round section(35). When the glass substrates enter, the round section is formed to be round in the edge site contacting the girth of the glass substrates.
