Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A relay system and a relay method thereof are provided to reduce an installing cost of a high voltage power and a feeding line by using a remote termination unit after transmitting data and power to one cable. CONSTITUTION: A master unit receives and converts an optical signal or an RF signal(S101). The master unit modulates the converted digital signal with PAM(Pulse Amplitude Modulation)(S103). The master unit mixes the modulated digital signal to a DC power source(S105). The master unit transmits the mixed signal to a remote termination unit through an Ethernet cable(S107). The remote termination unit divides a signal received through the Ethernet cable into a digital signal and a DC power source(S109).
