Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A leak detecting method using absorption spectrum of gas and an apparatus thereof are provided to detect the leak regardless of change of surrounding environment like humidity and temperature. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of lights is radiated to an object(810). The light reflects the object and analyzes a plurality of reflection lights from the object. The leak on the object is detected(815). One of a plurality of lights is charged in the wavelength range of the absorption spectrum of the gas absorbed inside object. The others do not change in the wavelength range of the absorption spectrum of the gas absorbed inside object.
