Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A decoration panel, and its manufacturing method are provided to improve impact strength, scratch resistance and hardness and to lower the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A decoration panel comprises a decoration film(10) which comprises a base film(13), and the printed layer(14) formed on the base film; a plastic sheet; formed on the decoration film; and a hard coating layer which is formed by coating a hard coating composition comprising a fluorinated acrylate copolymer on the plastic sheet. The decoration film comprises further an adhesive layer(17) formed on the printed layer.
