CONSTITUTION: A bio molecular sensor with a plurality of metal plates comprises a substrate(110), a first electrode(120), a second electrode(130), a nanostructure(140), and a metal plate(150). The first electrode and the second electrode are apart from each other and are arranged on the substrate. The nanostructure is arranged on the substrate. The nanostructure connects the first electrode and the second electrode. The metal plate diversifies the electrical characteristic of a plurality of nanostructures according to the attachment of the bio molecular. The nanostructure comprises a carbon nanotube. The metal plate comprises gold.
