APPARATUS, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GUARANTEEING END-TO-END QUALITY OF SERVICE

PURPOSE: A resource management apparatus for securing the quality of an end-to-end quality of service, a system thereof, and a method thereof are provided to secure the service quality in real time if a user transmits/receives IMS service to/from the other company network. CONSTITUTION: Servers(110A,110B,110C) transmit/receive a session initiation protocol message to/from call session control functions(320A,320B) of a service provider(300A,300B) providing IP service. The servers define the service information of the internet protocol base. Controllers(120A,120B,120C) receive the service information from the server. The controllers determine the service policy by using the received service information. Gateways(130A,130B,130C) control the end-to-end quality of service according to the determined service policy.
