Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A mobile number portability(MNP) processing method, a system thereof, and a mobile communication system thereof are provided to simplify the MNP process by receiving terminal without passing an IP network. CONSTITUTION: An originating party exchange transmits the location request message to inquire the location of a receiving terminal to which an SIP terminal requires the call receiving(S120). If the mobile number portability(MNP) is confirmed, the routing information of a second mobile communication network is obtained through an MNP server equipped with a first mobile communication network(S150). The call between the SIP terminal and the receiving terminal is connected by connecting the receiving terminal and the call through the second mobile communication network(S260).
