Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A method for producing biodiesel by reaction with alcohol and fat is provided to improve productivity and economics without reduction of activity by alcohol. CONSTITUTION: A biodiesel is produced through ester exchange of fat and fatty oil and alcohol under the presence of biological enzyme. The biological enzyme is Photobacterium lipolyticum M37 lipase. A method for producing biodiesel comprises: a step of reacting fat and fatty oil with alcohol and converting to fatty acid-alcohol ester; and a step of isolating the fatty acid-alcohol ester from glycerol ingredient and moisture; The Photobacterium lipolyticum M37 lipase comprises an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1.
