CONSTITUTION: A medicinal herb composition for reducing blood sugar comprises 850 weight parts of Momodica charantia Linn, 560-1,024 weight parts of Salicornia herbacea, 56-104 weight parts of Kalopanacis cortex, 35-65 weight parts of ginseng, 84-156 weight parts of Acanthopanax senticosus, 42-78 weight parts of Mori Radicis Cortex, 49-91 weight parts of lycii Fructus; 21-39 weight parts of Salviae Radix, 28-52 weight parts of Astragali Radix, and 105-195 weight parts of banaba. The medicinal herb extract is isolated using low alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms, water or their mixture. A zinc gluconate, magnesium gluconate, and potassium cluconate are added to the extract as nutritional supplement.
