Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A hermetic compressor increasing reliability of a motor is provided to obtain uniform magnetization property by performing magnetization when one part of a magnetic of a rotor is exposed. CONSTITUTION: A rotor(120) of a drive motor is pressed into a driving shaft. A supporting plate is combined in an end of the driving shaft and overlapped with the upper surface of the rotor. Plural conductive holes(124) are included in the rotor. Plural conductive bars(123) are inserted into the conductive holes in a columnar direction. The plural conductive bars inserted into the conductive holes are connected one another on bottom of the rotor in order to form a bottom end ring(127). The upper ends of the conductive bars are independent each other.
