Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for manufacturing wafer type solar cell are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by the thermal process of the laminated electrode material. CONSTITUTION: The heating portion(22) vaporizes the electrode material. The electrode material mounting portion(20) laminates the electrode material in substrate. The substrate holding part(30) holds one or more substrate. The heat treatment part(40) anneals the electrode material laminated in substrate. The chamber(10) accepts the electrode material mounting portion, and the substrate holding part and heat treatment part. The electrode material is formed in order to touch with the upper heating means.
