DIGITAL IMAGE PROCESSING APPARATUS COMPRISING AUTO ZOOMING FUCTION AND THE CONTROLLING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A digital image processing apparatus comprising an auto zooming function and the method for controlling the same are provided to exclude a face of an undesirable third person included in an image. CONSTITUTION: After photographing a subject image, a photographing unit(100) including lens(101) converts the image into an electric signal. An image signal processing unit(110) generates an image signal after receiving the electric signal. A face recognition unit(130) recognizes a face from the image signal. A zoom control unit(140) creates a lens driving signal according to the position according to the position of the recognized face. A lens driving unit(160) adjusts the position of the lens according to the lens driving signal.
