Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: Sporting goods for an abdomen and a lower body is provided to exercise regardless of age or gender in a home or an office without using a separate facility such as a fitness club, and to offer easy installation. CONSTITUTION: Sporting goods for the abdomen and lower body comprises a supporting board(100), a receiving body(120), a mat(170,171,172), and a foot hanger(140). The foot hanger is equipped on a front side of the receiving body. The receiving body is rotated to the designated angle from the supporting board. An up and down rotating part is installed between the supporting board and the receiving body. The foot hanger is moved according to a width direction of the receiving body.
