Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a dispersing agent for organic pigments, which is characterized by being composed of a compound represented by the general formula (1) or (2) below. Also disclosed is a use of such a dispersing agent for organic pigments. This dispersing agent enables to prevent increase in viscosity and decrease in storage stability even when pigment concentration is high. Consequently, this dispersing agent enables to obtain a coating liquid for color filters which enables to produce a color filter having excellent transparency and color quality (1) (2).
