Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A lever actuator is provided to support a rolling unit in a base plate and arrange spins to restrictively rotate around a base plate, thereby preventing a large bearing load and loads of spins. CONSTITUTION: A lever actuator(1) comprises a lever(11). A turning point(13) of the lever is formed by a rolling unit(14). The rolling unit moves along with a horizontal direction of the lever by spins(18) rotated by a driver. The rolling unit supports a base plate(16). The spins are restrictively rotated around the base plate.
