Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A seamless pipe, a pressure vessel using the same, and a method thereof are provided to efficiently produce the pressure vessel by cutting and forming the rod typed material and using as the inner skin of the pressure vessel. CONSTITUTION: The round rod of the metal material is cut in the proper size and heats up to the temperature of the former recrystallization. The cup is formed by forging the round rod with press. The pipe having the predetermined diameter is cut in the proper length. The cup or cut pipe is trimmed through the external diameter processing. The processed cup is processed through the flow forming machine to lengthen the length. The thickness of the middle part of the cup is think and both end thickness is thick. The processed pipe is cut in the predetermined length. The dome(30) is formed to the predetermined shape at the both ends of the cut pipe. The neck(40) of the small pipe shape having the predetermined diameter is formed.
