Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A method for preparing a polyvinylalcohol film with various stereoregularities and high elongation and the polyvinylalcohol film obtained thereby are provided to be used in various fields such as a fruit box, a packing material of food or a coating agent of medicines by applying a band stretching method. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a polyvinylalcohol film with various stereoregularities comprises the steps of: dissolving polyvinyl alcohol in a solvent to prepare a polyvinyl alcohol film; and band stretching the polyvinyl alcohol film. The polyvinyl alcohol has a saponification degree of 70.0-99.9, a number average polymerization degree of 50-15000, and a alternating array dyad group of 50-65%.
