Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A nano silica-polyurethane nanocomposite and a preparation method thereof are provided to ensure excellent abrasion resistance, rub resistance, and thermal property and to maintain softness at a low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A nano silica-polyurethane nanocomposite comprises a diisocyanate compound, a hydrophilic nano-silica, and polyol. The hydrophilic nano-silica is included in the amount of 1~3 parts by weight based on the diisocyanate compound 100 parts by weight. Also, the hydrophilic nano-silica is treated with acid or hydroxide ion. The diisocyanate compound is selected from the group consisting of monomeric 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI), polymeric 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, toluene diisocyanate(TDI) and these derivatives.
