Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A method of preparing a color wood chip is provided to prepare a color wood chip with excellent light fastness, color stability and weather resistance by using a water-dispersible coloring agent considering chemico-physical property. CONSTITUTION: A method of preparing a color wood chip using a water-dispersible coloring agent comprises a step of preparing a color wood chip by a batch method or a spray method from the water-dispersible coloring agent. The water-dispersible coloring agent includes 30 weight% or more of water, as main functional components, a water-dispersible binder, pigment(dye), dispersant, water repellent material, and adhesive material.
