Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An apparatus for bending a stay rod of headrest is provided to enable a pusher to leave with a little power. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for bending a stay rod of headrest comprises a holder(110), pusher(120), driving unit, bending roller(111), pressing block(125), cam(123), and pressing mold(121). The push reciprocates toward the holder. The driving unit makes the push reciprocate toward the holder. The bending roller is mounted on both sides of the holder. A support groove(117) is formed on the outer circumference of the bending roller. The pressing block is mounted on the both sides of the pusher. The pressing mold is located in the lower part of the pressing block.
