Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A fixing groove forming apparatus of a headrest stay rod is provided to fix a headrest and a stay rod steadily although a fixing groove is small. CONSTITUTION: A fixing groove forming apparatus of a headrest stay rod comprises a press main body, first and second molds(110,120), a cutting punch(130), and a bending punch(140). The press main body has a stationary platen and a movable platen(101,102). The first and the second molds are installed at one side of the stationary platen and the movable platen. The first and the second molds have first support groove(111,121) and a second support groove(112,122). An annular rod(30,40) processed to the stay rod is inserted into the support groove. The cutting punch is installed at the other side of the stationary platen and the movable platen.
