Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A motor, a molding device for manufacturing a core for the motor, and a manufacturing method of the motor using the same are provided to improve performance of a motor by uniformly forming a whole part of a stator and a rotor. CONSTITUTION: A motor includes a stator(100) and a rotor(200). The stator is formed by laminating a plurality of stator cores(10). The rotor is formed by laminating a plurality of rotor cores(20). A plurality of first positioning holes(11) is formed in an outer circumference of each stator core with the same interval. The first positioning holes provide a reference position for slots formed according to an inner circumference of each stator core. A plurality of second positioning holes(12) is formed in an inner part of each rotor core with the same interval. The second positioning holes provide a reference position for slot formed according to an outer circumference of each rotor core.
