Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A mobile femto cell constitution method and a contents cache service method using the same for proving a personalized contents service are provided to supply a personalized service and a mobility service in an application layer and MAC(Media Access Control) layer. CONSTITUTION: L2 or L3 mobility is supported between an access network(19) and a mobile femto cell base station(14) for mobility of the femto cell. The mobile femto cell base station forms the mobile femto cell. The mobile femto cell base station manages the mobility of an internet terminal. The mobile femto cell base station supplies a personalized service based on user sign information or application property information. The user preference information is stored in the contents cache.
