Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A high isolation front end module built in low noise amplifier is provided to integrate a duplexer, a SAW notch filter, and low noise amplifier into a single module. CONSTITUTION: A front-end module device(400) comprises a duplexer(21), a SAW(Surface Acoustic Wave) notch filters(23,28), and an LNA(Low Noise Amplifier)(25). The duplexer transmits a signal to the reception end. A signal is inputted from an antenna. The duplexer transmits a signal to an antenna. The signal is inputted from a transmitting end. The notch filter mutually isolates frequency band of the transmitting end and reception end. A low noise amplifier amplifies an input signal from the reception end.
