HOLOGRAM OPTICAL INSPECTION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A hologram optical inspection system is provided to produce the hologram pattern and inspect lots of the hologram patterns with a camera and the axis illumination. CONSTITUTION: The axis illumination(120) irradiates the light to the paper currency or the security printed material and is comprised of the LED lamp. A plurality of the LED lamp is arranged in an annular or a domed in the domed inner structure of housing. The CCD camera(110) collects the light reflected by the paper currency or the security printed material. The central processing unit(140) distinguishes the truth of the paper currency or the security printed material and compares the input image collected through the CCD camera with the reference image. The database(150) manages the reference image with the storage. The GUI(graphic user interface)(160) sets up the CCD camera and axis illumination and outputs an image and data and is operated with the central processing unit.
