Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A switching drive device for extra high voltage circuit breaker is provided to mechanically and reliably maintain the force reduction state by fixing the input lever. CONSTITUTION: The first variable pulley(1) has the sheave. An input spring(7) provides the acoustic energy for the input drive of the hyper voltage cut-off device. A trip spring(10) provides the acoustic energy for the trip drive of the hyper voltage cut-off device. The second power transmission structures(4,8,9) are installed to drive and connect the trip spring and the second variable pulley(2). The first power transmission structures(5,6) are installed to drive and connect the input spring and the second variable pulley.
