CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic soap composition comprises collected chlorella extract. A method for extracting chlorella comprises: a step of washing liquid chlorella with fresh water then pretreating 40-50 % of ethanol solution and a step of adding organic solvent to extract useful ingredient from the pretreated chlorella.
