Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A grounding device which is a ground resistance reducer for simply installing the grounding device is provided to maintain the grounding resistance and simply install the grounding device. CONSTITUTION: A grounding device which is a ground resistance reducer includes a carbon bar(100), a grounding bar(200) and a grounding resistance reducer(300). The carbon bar includes a recess(120) of a penetration hole. The penetration hole passes through the upper side and lower side of the carbon through an axial. The grounding bar is inserted and fixed in the penetration hole. The grounding bar includes a conductive material.
