Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A plasma display panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to shorten the discharging time delay of the plasma display panel by lowering the discharge voltage. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of plasma display panel(220) includes the following contents. In the first substrate, a scan electrode, a sustain electrode, the first dielectrics, and a protective film are equipped. The protective film has the cathode ray luminescence peak in the wavelength area of 300~350 nanometer. The second panels are attached with the first panels while putting a partition in a space. In the second panels, the fluorescent substance is equipped. The fluorescent substance is formed in the address electrode, the side of the second dielectrics or a partition, and the second dielectrics.
