Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An emulsifying device for calking prevention is provided to improve effectiveness of a process and productivity by preventing clogging a gas pipe due to deposition of carbon components. CONSTITUTION: An emulsifying device for calking prevention comprises a blade(359), a outer poly(360), a calking cleaner, and a calking prevention screw(350). The blade having a spiral shape is formed on a horizontal gas pipe, and is driven by a motor to remove calking material adhered to an inner circumference of the pipe. The outer pulley is connected with a power transfer member, and is driven by the motor. An inner pulley is connected with the outer pulley by the power transfer member. The calking cleaner is fixed on the power transfer member, and is moved to a horizontal direction.
