Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A user capability management capability method and a user capability evaluation system based on a web application are provided to perform the direct attendance management and the result management of an administrator. CONSTITUTION: A user capability evaluation method of a web-application is as follows. The data packet including an application is transmitted to the task execution terminal of a user(110). The subject execution information of the web interlock security association for the execution of the specific subject is received by a user(120). The task execution file generated in the web server is transmitted to the task execution terminal of a user. The data input of the keyboard entry unit is blocked.
