CONSTITUTION: A detection set comprises primer set and probe. The primer set comprises forward primer of sequence number 1 and reverse primer of the sequence number 2. The primer set is specific to the Brucella abortus. The probe has the sequence number 3. A method for detecting Brucella abortus comprises: a step of performing real time PCR using PCR detection set; and a step of determining the presence of the Brucella abortus by conforming the PCR result.
