Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A system for remotely controlling vehicles using a certificate is provided to control a vehicle using a universal certificate. CONSTITUTION: A system(1) for remotely controlling vehicles using a certificate includes an official authentication server(20), a control server(30), and a vehicle driving unit(40). The official authentication server receives an access signal, and information and a password of a certificate from a mobile terminal(10) to a vehicle control mode. The official authentication server checks whether the password of the certificate received from the mobile terminal is equal to a password of a pre-registered certificate. If the password of the certificate received from the mobile terminal is equal to the password of the pre-registered certificate, a control signal of a vehicle(200) is received from the mobile terminal. The control server transfers the received control signal to the vehicle driving unit pre-registered in the certificate. The vehicle driving unit drives a vehicle according to the control signal. The vehicle driving unit is installed in the vehicle.
