Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An illuminating apparatus adopting a light emitting diode is provided to control the intensity of the light so that it radiates light with intensity of illumination. CONSTITUTION: An illuminating apparatus adopting a light emitting diode is composed of a body(120), a substrate for a light source, and a plurality of light source unit(140). The body has a plurality of planes(120a) which are inclined differently respectively from a reference plane(S). The plural light source units includes an LED chip and a lens, and the lens collects the light radiated on the LED chip. The angle of the light source unit is set so that the intensity of illumination of the light on one side in parallel with the reference plane is uniform.
