Zusammenfassung:	A transom stern construction of a ship is provided to improve the resistance efficiency in the voyage of a ship by improving 3d parasitic flow in the transom stern and by relieving the surf phenomenon. A transom stern construction of a ship comprises a wave resistance reduction member(20). The wave resistance reduction member is installed in the lower center of a transom stern(10). The wave resistance reduction member is formed in the 3D V shape to be able to reduce the flow of the ship. The rear unit of the wave resistance reduction member is thick and the front unit is thick to reduce the longitudinal flow of the ship. The middle unit of the wave resistance reduction member is thick and both side units are thick to reduce the transversal flow of the ship.
