Zusammenfassung: | A turret droop prevention device of a tool rest for a CNC(Computer Numerical Control) lathe is provided to prevent the droop of the turret in the gravity direction caused by the load applied to the turret by installing the supporting point of a turret rotation support bearing in front of the center of gravity of the turret. A tool rest for a CNC lathe includes a turret(101), curvics(105-107), a body(104) of a tool rest and a driving motor. The turret fixes a tool, and the curvics fix the turret. The body of the tool rest supports the turret and the curvics, and the driving motor rotates the turret. The turret droop preventing device includes a turret rotation supporting bearing(10), and the turret rotation supporting bearing is installed between a shaft(102) and the turret. The one end of the shaft is inserted into the center portion of the turret. An outer ring of the turret rotation supporting bearing is fixed to the turret, and the inner ring of the turret rotation supporting bearing is fixed to a support bearing housing(11) installed inside the turret. |
