Zusammenfassung:A confocal microscope using an optical fiber which abolishes the limit of the measurement range by comprising the double lens in the end part of the optical fiber part. An optical source section(10) provides the light. A collimation lens(20) parallelly induces the light provided from the optical source section. A light penetrating the collimation lens passes through the objective lens(30). An optical fiber part(40) delivers the light to the measurement object body(60). Double lenses(50,51) are formed in the end part of the optical fiber part. The light vibrates by the double lens from the X-axis direction to Y-axis direction along the specific aspect of the measurement object body. A polarization beam splitter(70) induces the light reflected from the measurement object body to the light accepting lens(80) through the optical fiber part. A video color deflection(90) detects the light collected by the light accepting lens.
